About me

I love playing soccer. I love the competitive nature, the game, the team dynamics. I love coaching little kids to introduce them to the concept of the game. I do also play Varsity Flag Football and Basketball, but never instead of soccer. Living in a Colorado mountain town with knee-high snow (most years) from November through April, other sports are a way to stay fit and competitive while also doing indoor co-ed Futsal and travel with my Colorado Mountain ODP team or guest play at tournaments.   I previously lived in Denver where I played on the Colorado Rapids youth select teams and EDS (precursor to ECRL). Living more rural has taught me that it takes more self-motivation and effort to remain competitive, so I do. My favorite position is striker but I’ve played other forward or attacking-mid positions as needed. I’ve helped my JV team in freshman year break all-time scoring record for the season in which i scored 35 goals in 1 season. I have since become starting striker for our Varsity team, which has consistently reached state play-offs. I have dreamed of playing soccer in college, and I am excited to see where my love of the sport can take me in my next chapter.
