About me

My name is Julian Valdez and I have been playing soccer as long as I can remember. I have gotten the opportunity to play at a highly competitive level. I got the opportunity to play for Breakers FC MLS NEXT (2024-2025 Season) and quickly became a key player for my team. Unfortunately, Breakers FC stopped operations the following season. In the summer of 2025, I was selected to play at the Copa Chivas in Guadalajara, MX with Central Coast FC. Unfortunately, we lost our semifinal game and I fractured my hip which kept me off the field until November of 2025. At this time, I tried out for my high school soccer team (Soledad High) and made the Varsity squad. I quickly became a starter for the team playing as an attacking midfielder. Our season ended when we lost the CIF Central Coast Section Division 5 Final. I now play for El Camino FC (Salinas, CA) at the ECNL level and we are currently in first place in our conference. I start on the right or left wing for the team but also play as an attacking midfielder. I have great technical touch and know how to look for open spaces on the field. My goal is to one day play professionally or at least play collegiately at a high level. My field of interest is in Kinesiology and would one day like to be a coach.
